The Pinterest Pro Follow Box is an essential tool for boosting your Pinterest followers with minimal effort. This feature seamlessly encourages visitors to follow your Pinterest account after they pin an image from your site. Similar to the After Share Actions feature in the plugin, the Follow Box offers an enhanced experience to drive more engagement and followers.
Activation of Pinterest Pro Follow Box #
To enable the Pinterest Pro Follow Box, go to Sharing > Pinterest Pro Follow Box and toggle the switch to Yes. Once activated, a list of configuration options will appear, allowing you to customize the look of the follow box. Since it works similarly to the After Share Actions feature, we recommend using only one of these functions at a time to avoid conflicts.
- Show the following box – Select when you want the follow box to appear. You can choose for the box to display when a user clicks on any Pinterest button on your site, or limit it to only show after clicking the Pinterest Pro or regular share buttons.
- Show again after the number of days – Select how many days should pass before the follow box appears again for the user. Enter a number in the field; the default is 30 days if left blank. For a better user experience, we recommend setting a longer period.
- Content – Enter your Pinterest profile details that will appear in the follow box, including your account name, description, and profile URL. You can also add personalized button text if desired.
Style – Customize the popup’s style by adding a header image, uploading your profile logo, and choosing your preferred button colors.
