Overview
If allowed the function will automatically show a pop-up subscribe form based on various conditions. You can use multiple events at the same time with a different design.
The settings of this option you can find in Subscribe Forms -> Booster Pop-up forms menu.
General Settings
- Appear On Selected Post Types Only – if enabled you can specify the post types where pop-ups will fire (all events). And you can also disable appearance on the homepage if needed. If you keep the option disabled pop-ups will fire on the entire site.
- Appear once for the user – if enabled the pop-up will show only once for the user and again after some time. You can specify this period in the Do not show again period (days) field or keep it blank for the default value of 14 days.
- Do not show on – optionally provide a list of IDs for posts, pages where the form will not be added.
Warning! The Appear once for the user option is set for all of the events. If you enable the feature no matter which of the events fire at first user won’t see any more forms on the other events for the delay period.
Display After Amount Of Seconds
This type of display will fire after a timeout from the full page load. To use it you need to enable the related option inside settings panel.
- Display after seconds – this is the timeout value you can use. Leave blank for immediate display. In the field, you can setup numeric values only – for example, 2.
- Choose a design for that event – select form design from the included or custom. Each event can have a different design.
- Overlay background color – personalize overlay background color. The default is semi-transparent gray.
- Choose close type – choose the close form action type. You can select from close icon (X) or custom text. The icon will appear in the corner of the form. The text will appear below the form.
- Close action color – this is the color of the icon or custom text, based on the selection in the previous field.
- Custom close text – optionally fill custom close text. Example: No, thank you!
Display On Scroll
This type of display will fire after the user scrolls a specific part of the content. To use it you need to enable the related option inside settings panel.
- Percent of content– the percent value between 1 and 100. In the field, you can setup numeric values only – for example, 2.
- Choose a design for that event – select form design from the included or custom. Each event can have a different design.
- Overlay background color – personalize overlay background color. The default is semi-transparent gray.
- Choose close type – choose the close form action type. You can select from close icon (X) or custom text. The icon will appear in the corner of the form. The text will appear below the form.
- Close action color – this is the color of the icon or custom text, based on the selection in the previous field.
- Custom close text – optionally fill custom close text. Example: No, thank you!
Display On Exit Intent
This type of display will fire if the user tries to leave your site (the content of the browser). To use it you need to enable the related option inside settings panel.
- Choose a design for that event – select form design from the included or custom. Each event can have a different design.
- Overlay background color – personalize overlay background color. The default is semi-transparent gray.
- Choose close type – choose the close form action type. You can select from close icon (X) or custom text. The icon will appear in the corner of the form. The text will appear below the form.
